  • Jason BeLow

    Founder and Head Coach

    Jason is the founder and head coach at CrossFit Ravenous. A former collegiate athlete, he’s a born competitor who’s always looking for a new challenge. In 2010, he was introduced to the CrossFit workout, “Fran,” which was a gateway to an entirely new lifestyle. “Not only did I find a fitness program that surpassed my expectations, but I found a community.”

    In his quest for CrossFit knowledge, Jason traveled the globe to learn from elite fitness professionals. Over the last seven years, he’s obtained multiple coaching certifications including power and weightlifting. Jason is dedicated to his craft in every way. His commitment to his gym members is what continues to push him both academically and professionally.

  • Liz BeLow


    Liz is a CrossFit coach with so much knowledge to give. She’s passionate about weightlifting and loves sharing tips with newcomers. Her biggest joy is working with athletes from all walks of life. From beginners to professionals, everyone is welcome at CrossFit Ravenous. Seeing people test themselves daily motivates Liz, not only as a coach but as a person as well.

  • Jennifer Deitch

    Head Coach

    Jen has a diverse athletic background that includes basketball and lacrosse, the latter of which she played at a collegiate level. After graduation, she started coaching middle and high school athletes, while maintaining her own fitness routine. Running and spin class were her staples but after several years, she needed a change.

    In 2014, Jen decided to try CrossFit and has never looked back. Jen’s love for the workouts combined with her previous coaching experience inspired her to become a CrossFit trainer. She is one of the original members of CrossFit Ravenous and is eager to help every athlete reach their fitness goals.

  • Brian Manion

    Head Coach

    Brian grew up playing team sports such as football, wrestling, and lacrosse. As an adult, he continued to live an active lifestyle while pursuing a military career. His love of fitness and desire to make a difference is what drew him to CrossFit. “I became a CrossFit coach because it gave me the ability to give back to a community that helped me transition from military to civilian life.” Brian believes in being a positive and contributing member of society. “For me, CrossFit is all about the people and the community we create.”
